All online reservations, confirmation is received by the client, to the email indicated in the reservation, even without a credit card number. During peak seasons, AmeriRent will contact all of its customers, via email, 2 to 5 days before the scheduled pick-up and ask for a credit card number to guarantee your reservation.

Yes, you can modify any detail of your reservation before the pick-up date, including the duration of the rental. Keep in mind that any modification in the dates or hours of the rental may change the amount to be paid.

Yes, you can extend your rental contract by phone, for a period no longer than 2 days, by contacting one of our customer service specialists. For a longer period you must go through one of our service offices, to update the contract.

Yes, you can add any additional service, for which you need to come by one of our offices to update the contract, no change to the contract can be done over the phone, email or social media.

You must call our road assistance service (you will be provided with the number). They will assist you in the spot. Otherwise, the vehicle will be towed to our nearest office.

Our rates are based on a 24-hour rental period with a one-day minimum charge, even if the vehicle is returned before 24 hours. If the car is not returned on time according to the return time agreed in the contract, the contract time would apply as follows:
1. The first hour is free.
2. Only, if you book at AmeriRent.do, the second hour is free.
3. After the hours of points 1 and 2, overtime will be charged and after 5 hours the full day will be charged.
4. Please note: Charges for all optional items, such as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), are charged at the full day rate for each partial day.
