3 SIMPLE STEPS:
Get the letter As part of the claim process your insurance company will deliver a letter specifying the number of authorized rental days and the type of vehicle. The letter must be in the name of the tenant.
Make your reservation Once you have the letter you can make your reservation by calling us or by filling out the form below and a representative from our reservations department will be contacting you.
Select your coverage You will need to provide coverage to the rented vehicle. For this we have two coverage packages, then what each one includes:

We can pick you up at your work or home. Call us to coordinate the pickup.
Maximize your time with the vehicle. You can use the vehicle exactly when you need it. If you need to return the vehicle for a few days and pick it up again, there is no problem! Ask your rental agent.
If you need more rental days and you run out of days provided by the insurance company, do not worry, we will give you a preferential rate. Ask your rental agent.
If you prefer or need it, you can select a higher vehicle category for an additional cost. Review our fleet. Ask your rental agent.
Usted será el único autorizado a conducir el vehículo rentado, sin embargo, por solo US$3.00 por día puede agregar un conductor adicional al contrato. Su Esposo (a) no tiene costo adicional, pero debe ser registrada en el contrato. Si sufrió heridas en su accidente o siente limitaciones para conducir de manera segura el vehículo rentado podrá agregar un conductor adicional sin costo adicional.
